The first picture shows the general format, except my chair (in the front) is empty because I'm taking the picture. We sit around the dining room table and sing ensemble music, mostly one-to-a-part. We are basically not performance oriented, but we once did perform at a HSC party, at which I was asked what the name of the group was. I made up the name "Sunday Yowlers" on the spot. The reference is to Nicky the cat, shown in the last picture, who really doesn't think much of what we do. Every once in a while she comes into the room and gives a big yowl, generally in about E Flat. It appears to me that she thinks we are yowling. Hence the name.
